外婆重病在床，迷信的老父親卻整日沈溺於宗教，不願送去醫院開刀；許久未返鄉的兒子面對老父親顯的陌生，彼此間存在著世代的鴻溝。
然而隨著外婆過世，他們逐漸明白各自的堅持，在生與死之間，為父子二人帶來新的生命。

The son was never close to his father, he doesn't understand why his father refuse to keep grandma hospitalize but only seeks consolation through religion. A huge generation gap keeps them far separate.

Although, as death silently approaches, they realize their persistences gradually, in between life and death, a new future finally comes in figure.
